Church Leadership – Applying Strategic Planning & Project Management to the Work of Ministry provides the fundamentals of project management, grounded with a biblical foundation, to foster effective leadership, maximize the talents of the congregation, increase efficiency, and enhance the chances of success. This is an ONLINE COURSE.
Rev. Dr. Vincent W. Howell is the pastor of Centenary United Methodist Church in Clemmons, NC. His leadership has focused on training laity and clergy on applying project management in the church to achieve effective ministry implementation, as well as to better utilize the limited resources within the local church. Rev. Dr. Howell writes extensively on issues of leadership and local church history.
