Communication Skills That Bridge Relationships is designed to strengthen your skills in communication and listening. The training is done in three stages: 1) sharing of information with mental images, 2) experiential exercises, and 3) feedback on the skill after the practice of it. You will learn seven skills to enhance your listening, each one will make you a better communicator. These lessons will give you more confidence in your relationship with your spouse, in relationships with your children and in your leadership roles at work/church. Communication is the key to strengthening relationships in all areas.

Dr. Jim Wadford is the Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program at Hood Theological Seminary. He is also a Professional Certified Coach and the Founder and President of Coaching & Consulting International, LLC of Concord, North Carolina. He has worked with coaching clients across the United States and South Africa. He is a trainer in advanced listening skills, and conflict management. Dr. Wadford spent twenty years as an Associational Missionary with Cabarrus Baptist Association in Concord, NC, served as Church Planter Strategic for Union Baptist Association for five years and pastored four churches prior to serving as a judicatory leader.
