The Healthy Life Workshop will motivate individuals to embrace and practice a healthier lifestyle. During this health and wellness workshop, participants will:

- Learn about prevention and management of chronic diseases
- Explore the benefits of eating healthier meals and snacks
- Identify simple, yet effective ways to be physically active
GET MOTIVATED ~ GET MOVING ~ AND GET RESULTS BY:
- Knowing the risk factors of chronic diseases
- Scheduling regular health check-ups
- Taking medications as prescribed
- Becoming more physically active
- Eating a healthy diet
- Maintaining a healthy weight
Led by Rev. Antonio and Dr. Pam Smith, founders of Smith Bios group. Smith Bios Group seeks to bring awareness of chronic diseases by sharing the powerful story of the Smiths, who went from tragedy to triumph while dealing with debilitating health issues.
Required text for this workshop is Walking with Abraham and Sarah by Susan Miller and can be purchased through Amazon for $10.21.
