Whether it is the shifting spiritual demographics of our country or still figuring out what church looks like post-pandemic, ministry leaders are being asked to find solutions in a changing landscape. This is emotionally exhausting. We do EQ is proposing a simple ½ day workshop to help equip pastors with Emotionally Intelligent (EQ) tools to handle the anxieties of ministry better.

In this seminar, clergy will learn what EQ is, why it is essential, and how to utilize simple shifts in thinking and habits to manage their energy throughout the day, move faster due to higher confidence, and be more satisfied in ministry through greater focus.
